Verdun is one of the game's most visually impressive maps, as well as one of its most interesting, featuring massive piles of rubble and intricate trenches. They function in much the same way as previous operations, with one side having to steadily advance by taking capture points while the other side defends. The Devil's Anvil features close-quarters combat across Verdun Heights and Fort de Vaux, while Beyond the Marne is a vehicle heavy operation built around Rupture and Soissons. They Shall Not Pass brings with it two new operations: The Devil's Anvil and Beyond the Marne. They star in all of the DLC's new maps, as well as its two new operations.
